How do I place orders?

  • Select the item you would like to purchase and click "Add to Cart" from the product detail page.
  • You can keep shopping or go to Checkout.
  • When you are finished shopping click on the Shopping Bag icon at the top right corner of the page and follow the instruction to check out.

How do I pay for my order?

  • We accept all major Credit/Debt Cards and PayPal.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • You will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. You will also receive an email with tracking when your order is shipped. Please track your order through the shopping confirmation email.

How quickly will my order be processed?

  • Our normal processing time is 1-2 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
 
  • Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to our international customers.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

  • Hello Kpop USA is required by law to charge sales tax in the State of California.

Why is there a quantity limit on items?

  • We want, not a few, but many kpop fans to enjoy the goods. Therefore, we create the Limit on Purchases Policy. We reserve the right to limit purchase to 1 item per style per customer. We reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy. We may modify this policy at any time for any reason, and we may make exceptions to this policy, as we deem appropriate. This Limits on Purchases Policy applies to purchases made on Concert Merch and Official Goods only. It does not apply to fan made goods.
